  • When do we meet?
    Live workshops and group coaching will be on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm EDT. Peer groups will also meet at 1:00 pm EDT unless all group members decide otherwise. Expect meetings to last 1-1.5 hours. They will be recorded and added to our online hub.
  • How does Group Coaching Work?
    Group Growth Seat Coaching with Colleen happens monthly on a live call: Wednesdays at 1:00 pm EDT. Each month, I'll work with several members specifically, but I will always be active in the group chat, engaging, listening, encouraging, directing, and guiding!
  • What's the Monthly Schedule/Rhythm
    First Wednesday 1:00 EDT Workshop
    Second Wednesday 1:00 EDT Peer Group
    Third Wednesday: 1:00 EDT Group Coaching
    Fourth Wednesday: 1:00 EDT Peer Group
  • Is Cultivate 6 months or a year?
    Both! This year as I grow and develop Cultivate, your initial commitment is six months. This will give me the chance to make a few adjustments along the way. You can absolutely join for the second half of the year but the initial commitment is for 6 months (January to June.) Note: Remember that June will be very light for a summer break but I'll facilitate conversations and connections.

    NOTE: Summer will be intentionally LIGHT. I believe an intentional break in our calendars is necessary. June and July will not have a heavy strategy workshop or group growth seats, but all communication channels will stay open so you have intentional support while on "Summer Break."
  • Tell me about the retreat!
    Being in person is so important and transformational. This is going to be an optional component of the mastermind and will be an additional personal expense. I will plan this retreat for early April 2024, and details about the location and cost will be made available in early January. (Most likely East Coast, USA!) I will keep costs as reasonable as possible.
  • What is the investment?
    The investment for Cultivate is $2400 for six months. You can enroll by paying a one-time fee of $2400, three payments of $800 each or 6 payments of $400 each. Your price remains the same no matter how you choose to enroll. If you decide to continue for the second half of the year, you can expect the same investment.

This is a chance to relax, learn, get to know your peers and be deeply encouraged and refreshed. Optional but an additional expense.

Who is Cultivate for?

Cultivate is a business mastermind for female entrepreneurs who have already laid the foundations for their business and are truly scaling their proven offers with intention. This is a great fit for you if:

You already have a proven offer that you want to scale or build out into a cohesive product funnel for your audience.

You want to grow your business systems and revenue but know this will happen by growing yourself first.

Are relational and care about others too- introverts welcome (I'm one myself!) but you have a heart to be reciprocal.

You can meet for most of the planned workshops, coaching groups and peer groups.

You're partially or fully supporting yourself or your family from your business- revenue matters less to me but you'd benefit most if your business revenue roughly 50K-200K  a year.
